Snowball Fight

I haven’t posted anything remotely funny for a while, and I came across this video on YouTube and thought I am going to share it with you. I love horses (used to ride when I was younger – looooooong time ago), and this video is just great. Hope you like it! Fits in the season, too (apart from Australia, we are getting real hot weather here now).

Enjoy!

    1. I have been wondering the same… there are quite a few other ads from Budweiser with these horses, they are all amazing. You just wonder how they do it…

    2. I reckon that they don’t have to train them – horses enjoy playing in the snow just like the rest of us! They just let them out there and filmed them while they enjoyed themselves.

  1. They’re big and definitely strong, but they have a harder time texting than most horses. Nearly 60% of? all equine fatalities while driving are Clydesdales texting their girlfriends. When will it stop?

  2. I don’t know much about horses but I certainly appreciate their majesty, particularly the Clydesdale.

But I don’t care for Budweiser,? I like Sam Adams better.

  5. Budweiser is known for coming up with certainly innovative and funny ads. They must be employing real good ad agency or someone at their office gets creative juices really flowing with a ‘brew’. I have seen ads where animals have been trained to do amazing stuff but I don’t think this is one of them. This must be real good editing and animation to get the horses to do what they did

  6. I love horses and this ad certainly brought a smile to my face. We generally don’t associate animals especially horses with intelligence but it would surprise many to know that they are certainly are. They display very human traits like adaptability, mischief, playfulness, loyalty, jealousy, stress and others. Though I wonder if real horses were used for this video!! nevertheless a great post 🙂

  8. For people who are interested, It seems budweiser actually maintains a group of horses with proper qualifications required and all just for airing this yearly ads. For more info, u can search for “Budweiser Clydesdales” on Wikipedia. The animal trainers must be really really good to get these horses to act in these ads so well…

  9. I read a twitter post today that said they wanted to live inside a beer commercial, and with this- I can understand why. Budweiser definitely makes some of the best commercials, and when they use the horses- it’s even better. Something about the simplicity and animal gimmick that’s always a smile.

  10. This is funny! Horses make me happy and seeing them play (even if it was fake), makes me happy. Thanks for a good start to the weekend!
